Senator Ekong Senator, the Senator representing Eket Senatorial District is getting a lot of support for his re-election bid from political Stakeholders in the district.

Recently, Mkpat Enin Elders Forum officially presented him to the Eket Senatorial District Elders Forum, endorsing his second term. This move is seen as a boost to his re-election campaign, with stakeholders praising his performance in the Senate, particularly in legislation, oversight, and representation.

The political leader of the Senatorial District, Chief Ndueso Essien, a former Minister of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, welcomed the delegation and commended the Mkpat Enin leaders for their unity and organization. He highlighted Senator Sampson’s rich background in governance and legislative service, citing his experience as a Principal Legislative Aide, Executive Chairman, Member of the House of Assembly, and Commissioner.

Other prominent leaders, including Hon. Deaconess Owoidhoho Ekpoattai, have also expressed support for Senator Sampson’s re-election bid, citing the benefits of having a ranking Senator. The presentation is part of a wave of endorsements from stakeholders across the Eket Senatorial District.
